Aubaine, the elegant French brasserie known for blending modern Parisian dining with effortless London style, turned to Byter to help launch a standout summer campaign across their multiple locations. With a desire to increase bookings, boost online visibility, and capture the light, fresh feeling of the season, the goal was clear: bring summer to life across digital platforms and attract new and existing guests with scroll-stopping content.


The Challenge

Aubaine already had a strong in-restaurant presence — beautiful interiors, refined menus, and a loyal following — but needed a campaign that would translate the seasonal magic into digital engagement and real-world footfall.

From flower-adorned terraces to colourful salads and rosé cocktails, our team crafted a series of mood boards and shoot plans that set the tone for summer.


2. Content Creation

Our in-house content team visited several Aubaine locations to capture:

  • Lifestyle photography and videography highlighting guests enjoying the terrace and dishes in the sun

  • Reels and short-form videos focusing on drinks being poured, dishes plated, and behind-the-scenes chef moments

  • Creative flat lays and detailed close-ups of new seasonal menu items

  • Branded graphics and captions aligned with the summer vibe


3. Social Media Campaign

We developed a multi-week campaign plan covering:

  • Organic posts featuring the new dishes and summer settings
