The Client

Partnering with Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill has been a true privilege for the Byter team. Set in the heart of Marylebone and overlooking the tranquil Portman Square Garden, The Churchill is more than a luxury hotel—it is an elegant tribute to Sir Winston Churchill’s enduring legacy, seamlessly blending refined design with quintessential British charm. Our goal was to help translate that sophistication into a strategic and visually striking digital presence.

Working closely with the hotel’s marketing team, Byter supported content creation, digital storytelling, and social media strategy that captured the property’s unique character. From beautifully curated imagery of the rooms, afternoon teas, and private dining experiences, to rich editorial content that highlighted seasonal events and exclusive packages, our approach was centred around communicating the refined experience and historical significance The Churchill offers its guests.

We also provided support across Meta advertising, using targeted campaigns to promote key services including private events, dining experiences, and weekend escapes. Each campaign was meticulously designed to align with the brand’s luxurious tone and visual identity, reaching an audience of discerning travellers, London locals, and international visitors.

Through a combination of bespoke content, platform-specific strategies, and detailed campaign execution, we helped The Churchill enhance its digital presence, strengthen brand consistency across channels, and increase engagement with its ideal clientele.

Byter is proud to support a brand so steeped in tradition yet constantly evolving to meet the modern luxury traveller’s needs. Our collaboration with Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is a testament to the power of thoughtful digital marketing in amplifying the story behind a truly iconic destination.
