The Brief

Red Cardinal is a UK property investment firm selling new build and completed homes to investors in the UK and the Gulf. It needed a stronger website, a private area for investor deals, and direct channels to reach its investor base on WhatsApp and social media.

What We Did

Built an invite-only investor deals portal on redcardinal.co.uk, where approved investors see deals before public release, save a watchlist and send enquiries.
Improved the website's search visibility and speed, adding 36 city and investment strategy pages and making every page load fast.
Built WhatsApp broadcasts for Middle East investors, tagged by country, with reply buttons that capture interest and book strategy calls.
Built a landing page for private 1-2-1 investment consultations with a two-step enquiry form and automatic confirmation emails.
Produced 10 and 20 second vertical films for paid social and ran Meta campaigns aimed at Gulf investors.
