If you are unhappy with how Byter Ltd has handled your personal information, this page tells you how to say so and what we will do about it.

What counts as a complaint

Any expression of dissatisfaction about how we have handled someone’s personal information. It does not have to use the word “complaint”, cite a regulation, or arrive in any particular format. Replying to one of our emails to ask how we got your address and why we are contacting you is a complaint, and we treat it as one.

How to complain

You do not have to come to us first.You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office instead, or at the same time. We will never ask you to exhaust our process before going to them.
