The Brief
Monarch House is a 4-star serviced apartment provider on Kensington High Street, taking direct bookings through SiteMinder alongside the big travel sites. Byter runs its paid media on Google and Meta, with the goal of growing direct bookings from UK and Gulf guests.
What We Did
- Manage the Google Ads and Meta advertising accounts, including Search and Performance Max on Google and website traffic campaigns on Meta.
- Matched ad results against SiteMinder booking data, so performance is judged on real direct bookings rather than the platforms' own estimates.
- Built retargeting audiences from website visitors, enquiries and past guests, plus a lookalike audience to reach new guests like them.
- Built a new creative asset pack for Google campaigns.
- Deliver a monthly performance report to the client covering both ad platforms.
